Membership reminders:

Memberships are non-transferable and are non-refundable.
Memberships begin on the date of purchase not on the date you come in to obtain a key tag.
After purchasing a membership online, if you do not have a key tag, please visit your local community centre.
Space in drop-in activities where memberships can be used is not guaranteed.
Memberships are available for auto renewal by selecting “Yes, I want to automatically renew this membership when it expires.”
To cancel a membership auto renewal please contact staff at the centre or call 416-396-7378 option 1.
Multi-visit memberships can only be purchased one at a time (per person), to re-purchase a membership all 10 visits must first be used.
For anyone who lives outside of the City of Toronto and wishes to purchase a membership, a $53.82 non-resident surcharge will be applied at checkout.
There is a $13.85 fee charged for any lost or stolen key tag.
