Notice of Collection of Personal Information
Parks and Recreation (P&R) collects personal information on this form for one or more of the following purposes: to process your application for permits/facilities booking, registration in City activities, payment or reimbursement of fees, aggregate statistical reporting; to contact clients regarding upcoming programs; and to provide additional communications, including newsletters, surveys, notifications and transaction receipts. P&R operates these programs, collects the fees, and uses the registration software under the legal authority of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, sections 7, 8, and 259; the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 608, Parks, including specifically sections 608-49; and, Chapter 441, Fees and Charges, Appendix E, Schedule 1, Parks, Forestry and Recreation; and Toronto City Council Item 2023.GG4.21, as confirmed by the City of Toronto By-law 603-2023.
