Snow Valley Tubing - Youth Trip

Description
Join us for a trip filled with excitement and snowy fun! Experience the thrill of snow tubing at Snow Valley, with friends and a delicious pizza dinner before at the Youth Recreation Centre. Note: This trip will depart from the BWG Youth Recreation Centre at 226 Colborne Street.
*Kindly email bwgyouth@townofbwg.com at least one week before the trip to inform us of any special dietary restrictions.
Time: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM - Participants are encouraged to arrive at the YRC at 4:30PM for Pizza dinner and a hangout at the Youth Centre prior to departure. Bus leaves promptly at 5:45PM
Cost: $20 per participant (fee includes dinner, transportation, and admission)
Participants will be required to pay a $20 fee and should also bring money for their own food and beverages during the trip.
Guardians must complete a consent form, which will be emailed a week prior to the trip. The completed form will be collected on the day of the trip.
Staff will be present for the duration of the trip to ensure the safety of all participants.
Important Details:
- Participants must be 42 inches tall.
- Dress appropriately for the weather. Thin hats or balaclavas (no pom poms) are fine under helmets.
- Coin lockers are available for $2 per entry. It is best to leave valuables at home.
- Snow Valley offers full cafeteria service in the Tubing Chalet, and the Sno Nut Hut near the firepit has warm mini donuts – bring extra money if interested.
- In case of inclement weather, the trip will be rescheduled.
