Lil' Champions - Summer Kick Off

For Ages 6 - 8 years

Campers must have reached 6 years of age by the first day of the camp week.

Lil' Champions is a day camp program for children 6-8 years at the BWG Leisure Centre. This camp promotes healthy active living while encouraging fair games, active games, fitness related activities, crafts, camp special events and other great camp related activities. Outdoor day camp activities will also take place. Lil' Champions will have a weekly theme created by staff.

Lil' Champions is premised on being active, positive sportsmanship, team building, inclusiveness, fair play, and participation for all: and simply having fun. The focus will be on participation rather than winning or losing.

Please send your camper each day with a nut-free lunch, snacks, plenty of water, a hat, running shoes and appropriate clothing for activities.

Recreational Camp Swim: Lil' Champions & Young Champions will participate in a recreational camp swim time 4 times per week and 3 times for week 1 & 6 and is subject to change based on camp schedule. The camp swim will take place at the BWG Leisure Centre. Each camper must complete a BWG Leisure Centre swim test. Campers who do not successfully complete the facility swim test will be required to wear a lifejacket. Lifejackets will be provided.

Please send your camper with a bathing suit, towel and sunscreen.
