Leader in Training (LIT)
The Leader in Training program is designed to provide youth with a leadership experience!
LIT's must come prepared to participate, provide leadership and show energy and enthusiasm for the program that they are working with. Previous experience with children is helpful.
LIT's will provide assistance to the leaders and supervisors in most aspects of the program including activity preparation, leadership, evaluation and activity set up and clean up.
Leader in Training takes place in Camps, Activities and Aquatic Programs is two week blocks unless otherwise specified.
You will receive an email (early June) to confirm the date and location of your placement, as well as a date for a training session with Town Staff.
