Want a workout class that leaves time to study?

Do you enjoy a High Intensity Full Body workout?

Are you okay with a little sweat?

Do you like to have fun while being fit?

Then join 30-minute-HIIT classes taught by Kaitlyn Dyck. These classes will challenge you and leave you feeling energized for the rest of the day! An average class will include a warmup and cool down, with 30 minutes of high intensity interval training in between, entailing rest-work intervals in an effort to maximize your fitness.
