Welcome to the 2020 Spartan Sports Leadership Superconference. Our theme this year is Transformational Coaching in a World of Change. Sport is in a state of upheaval and flux. Being able to build positive relationships with your athletes and still get top level performance without belittling, shaming and discouraging young athletes is so important. Understanding how different cultural groups experience sport is an issue that we are just beginning to truly look at from all sides. Understanding the stress that COVID-19 has added to the life of an athlete and how to walk with them in a positive way in these turbulent times is essential. These are just some of the key themes that our awesome panel of speakers will explore. Sign up and come ready to connect with our speakers and panels through interactive Zoom sessions where you will be challenged and encouraged to be a sport leader who is making a positive difference in the life of the next generation.
