BACK TO SCHOOL HOCKEY PREP CAMP
Dates: August 19, 2024 - August 23, 2024
Time: 10:30 am - 11:50 am (80 minute On-Ice Session)
Age: Boys & Girls 8 -12 years old
Location: Langley Twin Rinks (5700 Langley Bypass, Langley, BC)
Cost: $350 (plus tax)
Join Coaches Ben Walter and Kyle Beach along with special guests and players from the TWU Spartans Men’s Hockey team for a great week getting back on the ice and ready for hockey season. We will also have our Goalie coach Ken Mcphalen, to make sure goalies are getting teaching and the prep they need. Ken has been a goalie coach at all levels with over 20 years of experience after his playing career!
Our coaches have a combined of 30+ years of professional hockey experience including the NHL, AHL, and in professional leagues in Europe. Because of this, Coaches Ben and Kyle know exactly what is needed to get athletes ready for their upcoming try outs and seasons!
This camp will start with the basics, building as the week goes on to teach you, push you, and get you ready! We will work on skating, stickhandling, shooting and much more! With the help of the TWU Spartans athletes you will be surrounded by high level coaches and players to demonstrate skills making sure your technique is on point!
Please note: There will be a 30-minute supervised window for camp participants to get ready prior to the 10:30 am ice time (change rooms will open at 10am).
