Your membership card is required for all visits to TWU 's Fitness Centre. Reproduction of lost membership cards will result in a $25 fee. Your membership entitles you to use of the weight room and confirms you are compliant and in agreement with all rules and regulations established within the facility.

Membership Refund Policy:

Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Refund is subject to a $10 administration fee.
Semester and summer memberships may be cancelled within 10 days of purchase. Refund is subject to a $5 administration fee.
10 and 25 visit passes may be cancelled within 10 days of purchase only if they have not been used. Refund is subject to a $5 administration fee.
Drop-in memberships are non-refundable.

Personal Training Refund Policy:

Personal and Student Training packages of 5 and 10 sessions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

All sessions must NOT be used for the refund to be valid. The refund is subject to a $10 administration fee.

Personal and Student Training packages of 1 and 3 sessions may be cancelled within 10 days of purchase.

All sessions must NOT be used for the refund to be valid. The refund is subject to a $5 administration fee.

Any Group Training is non-refundable.
