Description

Join Recreation, Global Engagement Office, Indigenous Programs & Services, members of SUO's Thai Erawan Club, and David Lea, founder and head instructor of Toshido Mixed Martial Arts Academy to learn the foundational skills of the art of Muay Thai. No equipment is necessary but participants are welcome to bring their own gloves and shin pads. No experience necessary. Transportation to Toshido Mixed Martial Arts Academy is not included. City Bus Route #8 will drop off closest to location.

Participants will be encouraged to participate in multiple events to expand their knowledge and experience with a variety of sports. Attending two or more events will automatically enter participants to win the grand prize!

All participants will need to show their fully vaccinated BC Vaccine Card for participation.
