Description
Join Recreation's Move U Crew on a Spring hike before final exams! Move U Crew will lead a hike on the Apex Trail at Knox Mountain (this is a moderate to hard trail).
Knox Mountain is located downtown and is accessible by any bus that arrives at Queensway Exchange (from UBC Okanagan the most convenient bus would be the 97). From there, a quick ride on the number 2 bus will drop you off at the base of the mountain where there is a disc golf course and tennis courts.
This event will run rain or shine. If there is an extreme weather event this event will be cancelled by 9:00 am the morning of the event.

Meeting Spot: Beside the Tennis Courts at the base of Knox Mountain Drive.
Date/Time: Saturday, April 6, 2 pm (this hike will be approximately 2 hours long)
Cost: Free
What to Bring: Please wear appropriate, closed-toe footwear and dress for the weather. Bring a water bottle and a snack.
Please Note: Although this event is free, due to the limited registration spots and because this event is being hosted off-campus, please cancel your registration by letting the organizers know if you will no longer be attending this event via email: physicalactivity.ok@ubc.ca
