Frosh Week Party Run

Calling all UBCO Students! The newest social run club is coming to campus as a satellite run! Join us for the first ever Frosh Week Party Run in partnership with UBCO Recreation, the SUO and The Well! Unlike your typical run club, NRG is a 5km run, with 3 boot camp style workouts in the middle. We will also have a walking group. Cost is $15.00 to register and includes your burger and pop at the afterparty. Come and meet other students who love to run or walk!! Grab a friend and join us! Dates: September 18th

Check in - 6:00pm

Warm up - 6:45pm

Run starts - 7:00pm

After party - 8:00pm - 9:30pm

Location: UNC building, University Way

Cost: $15, includes a burger and a pop

Run Break Down: 5km run (or walk) throughout campus with 3 workout stops along the way. Personal gear can be checked at the registration table prior to the run.
