Description
UBCO Recreation, Global Engagement Office, SUO Clubs and community partners are teaming up to offer a series of cultural physical activities events that welcome domestic and international students to participate in and learn about intercultural activities. Students will learn the foundational skills of these activities in a fun and engaging setting.
Join the Taekwon-Do Club for introductory level sessions! Whether you're a prodigy or just starting your martial arts journey, this session is perfect for anyone wanting to learn self-defense, de-stress from academics, and make new friends.
Be sure to bring comfortable clothing to move in and clean indoor shoes. All abilities welcome, no experience necessary.
Activity meeting dates
Monday, November 4th from 7:00-8:00pm in the Gymnasium - Mezzanine. The Mezzanine is on the second floor of the Gym, overlooking the gymnasium floor.
