1. To consider and receive the audited financial statements of the corporation for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, together with the report of the auditors;
2. To appoint auditors and authorize the directors of the corporation to fix the auditors’ remuneration;
3. To elect Directors;

Open to all members with Agency Membership 2025.
