Description

With a strong emphasis on technique in a supportive environment, our personal trainers will show you how to get comfortable with barbells and teach you proper form on squats, deadlifts, bench press and rows. Options will be provided so that your workouts stay challenging as you build strength. Attendance mandatory for 1st class. 12 sessions.

The Athletics Recreation Membership is a pre-requisite to register for this Activity (NRG Fitness Membership includes the Recreation Membership). You already have a Recreation Membership if you are a registered full or part-time undergraduate or a full-time graduate student.
