Girls Half Day Hockey Camp - Players -U13 (Born 2012 & 2013)

This half day program is designed for female identifying players looking to work on their full game skill tool-kit. Through on-ice and off-ice programming, we will be preparing athletes to compete at the next level. Players will learn individual skills that will improve the condition of the puck by learning how to influence the play using evasive and controlled movements. This on-ice component will be coupled with off-ice training that will help improve strength, stability and speed that will further enhance overall development. There will be no goalie specific instruction.
