Discover Rock Climbing (8-13 yrs) - Winter - Mondays

New to climbing? Want to try out a new activity or want to learn more about bouldering and top rope climbing? This program will enable climbers to be with like-minded people and learn about an exciting activity.

Rock Climbing offers a unique environment for children to explore and become more aware of how their bodies move on the rock wall as they progress through bouldering, harnessing, belaying, and then conquering top rope climbing. They will be inspired to set goals and develop teamwork skills as they learn proper safety & rock-climbing techniques. Participants will be grouped according to their climbing exposure and each week will have climbers learning new techniques and having an opportunity to test out their skills with fun challenges and routes. All equipment is provided.
