Description
General Gryphon Birthday Party Details
Capacity Number: maximum 14 guests for the party (including birthday party guest of honour)
Length of Party: all parties are 2.5 hrs. (approximately 2hrs. of activities and 30 minutes in the party room). Guest of honour may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party to get organized and meet with the staff on site.
Party Staff: there are two staff members that will design and facilitate the birthday party for your visit. They are there the entire time and will take the lead role in ensuring a fun and enjoyable birthday party event.
Food and Drinks: you may bring in your own snacks and drinks as we do not provide these services.
Additional Notes: all parties include a special Gryphon Birthday gift for the guest of honour
1. Gryphon Camp Style Party Description (Ages 6-11):
Cost: $345.00+HST
Time to experience a little bit of Gryphon Camps for a special birthday party. We will have fun being active through games and activities that will have everyone laughing, playing and enjoying time together. Activities will be based on interests of the birthday person, as we will connect with you in advance to discuss the party. This enables the staff to know what the birthday guest enjoys and would like to do for the party. We will also have a creative and fun craft that will connect to their interests. It’s a great time for everyone to have fun, laugh and enjoy celebrating this special birthday. All supplies will be provided for all activities and includes general birthday decorations in the party room.
2. Gryphon Nerf Action Party Description (Ages 8-11):
Cost: $365.00+HST
Is your birthday party looking for some fun and adventure? Love Nerf? This party will allow for lots of creativity as the party guests will have their own Nerf Action Battle. We will have Nerf Shooting Challenges, different action games amongst team members and some other fun camp style games. Participants will be active and need to strategize as a group to successfully complete the challenges and games that will be facilitated by our Gryphon Party Staff. We will supply the guests with our own Nerf guns and darts for the guns and goggles. We ask for no personal Nerf equipment to be brought to the party. The party includes a general birthday themed decorated party room.
3. Gryphon Indoor Climbing Party Description (Ages 8-14):
Cost: $380.00+HST
Take your birthday party to new heights at our Indoor Climbing Wall. The party will have 2hrs. at the climbing wall, where they will be led and belayed by our climbing wall staff. Guests will have the opportunity to go bouldering, climb on our Auto-Belays and experience top rope climbing belayed by our climbing staff. Our Gryphon Climbing Staff will ensure that the participants are safe and having fun on this new adventure. Staff will facilitate different challenges and games for the guests to play on the climbing wall, along with climbers having their own selections to climb. All climbing harnesses and climbing shoes (based on size) are provided for all participants at the party. We will have three Gryphon Climbing staff supervising the climbing wall at a ratio of 1:5. The party room will have general birthday themed decorations.
