Description
Enjoy a private swim session with your family for up to 8 people. You have the exclusive use of the warm, shallow Teach Pool for 45 minutes and the use of the Universal Changeroom to change/shower and is sanitized in between groups.
Ideal for families with young children. You are welcome to bring your own water toys into the session except for mermaid tails/fins.
Must swim only in the designated Teach Pool as the Main Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna are not available / included at this specific time.
Please arrive/check in no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the session to prepare for your swim at the front entrance of the facility.
Register through Park Board website www.vancouver.ca to reserve your swim in Activenet.
Teach Pool depth .60-.75 metres/temp 32 C.
Children must be toilet trained and/or wear appropriate swimmer pants.

• If you are symptomatic or have been in contact with someone that has been tested positive for COVID-19 then you cannot come to the pool.
What you need to know before you arrive:
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to be checked in and get in on time.
• Leave all valuables at home.

When you arrive, here's what to expect:
• Follow staff directions and ask for assistance if needed
• Exit the facility within 15 minutes at the end of your swim session.
• Please abide by the pool rules posted at the reception area.
• As we work to put the pandemic behind us, we are taking a phased approach with the safety of all in mind. Please be respectful and kind as you consider others’ situations and personal space.
Customers who don't follow the rules and safety guidelines of the pool may be asked to leave without a refund or be prevented from registering for future sessions.
LAP, Flexi pass, 10 ticket pass users
• Individuals’ bookings with one of these methods are required to scan their card to validate the respective pass. If you are expired, you will be requested to pay the admission fee or renewal of your pass prior to entry.
Refunds
If unable to attend a swim, skate or fitness session for which you have registered, you must cancel in advance to receive a refund:
• ONLINE through your account at vanrec.ca by 11:59pm the day before your session (https://vancouver.ca/files/cov/online-session-withdrawal-help-guide.pdf)
• BY PHONE/IN-PERSON at the recreation facility where you booked by 3pm the day before your session or by Friday 3pm for weekend sessions.
If you do not show up for your session, there will be no refund.
