Description
Prerequisites: 15 years of age by the last day of the course, Bronze Cross (does not need to be current) and a Standard First Aid or Aquatic Emergency Care.
National Lifeguard Pool (NL) provides judgment, knowledge, skills and fitness required by lifeguards. The course emphasizes the lifeguarding skills, principles, practices, and the decision-making processes which will assist lifeguards to provide effective safety supervision in swimming pool environments. Participants must bring their Bronze Cross and Standard First Aid or Aquatic Emergency Care on the first day of the NL course.
