Description

This party is best suited for children from 2 to 10 years old.

For younger children, we offer a play gym, with toys and a medium bouncy castle.

For older children, we offer sports equipment, subject to availability.

This party includes access to a kitchen equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer.

Prices of parties do not include decorations, snacks or food for children and adults.

For your safety, the maximum capacity in our birthday party room 203 will be no more than 40 attendees.

Fees: $140/14 children (1 party attendant); $240/15-20 children (2 party attendants). Due to space restrictions, our parties are not suitable for more than 20 children.

The Birthday Party Attendant will contact you approximately 1 week prior to the date of your party to discuss activity details with you. Please have your final number of children attending confirmed by this point as the party attendant will have to confirm an assistant leader if there are 15 or more children.

If you have 15 or more children attending and have only booked the smaller party you will need to upgrade to the larger party package.

Patrons are required to pay in full at the time of registration. A current Killarney Community Centre Society Membership is required.

Inclusions: party attendant, room, tables, chairs.

Exclusions: decorations, table settings (plates, cutlery, cups, etc), snacks, food or beverages.

Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to an administration charge of $5.00. Refund rates: 1 months' notice: full refund; 2 weeks’ notice: 50% refund; less than one week: no refund.


NOTE: The nature of the activity is such that you may interact with other people who are considered to be in good health, continuous physical distance between other people cannot be guaranteed, and, by participating in the activity, you are at risk of being infected by a pathogen, including but not limited to SARS-COV-2. SARS-COV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19, may exacerbate other health issues and is the cause of an ongoing global pandemic. SARS-COV-2 is highly communicable and dangerous. If you become infected with SARS-COV2, you may transmit it to other people even if you are not exhibiting symptoms of illness.

Proof Of Vaccination

• Effective September 13, people aged 12+ will need to show proof of vaccination to get into certain programs, events, and services at this facility. • It is recommended that you arrive early for your activity in order to show proof of vaccination if required.

Communicable Disease Health & Safety Practices

• Participants are required to comply with the current Face Coverings Order of the Provincial Health Officer. For more information, please cut and paste into your web browser: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/restrictions

• Participants should assess themselves daily for symptoms of common cold, influenza, COVID-19, or other infectious respiratory disease before attending a program.

• Participants who are ill, including participants of essential service providers, should not attend a program or access the Community Centre. If you are unsure, you should self-isolate and contact 8-1-1 or the local public health unit.

• Registration and payment is required for most programs to help reduce the capacity to allow for physical distancing. Limited drop-ins may be permitted, depending on the facility.

• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
