Description
This program allows young leaders to explore brain science, mindfulness exercises, personal goals and positive mindset tools to help them develop an "I CAN DO IT!" attitude. We value providing a screen free camp experience as much as possible and hence all the activities are play based hands- on experiments.

• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
