Join The Yoga Buggy for a fun class that incorporates music, yoga poses, games, mindfulness activities, breath, storytelling, dance, and so much more!

Yoga is a wonderful tool for children to learn about and manage their developing physical, social, and emotional lives. Our classes provide a safe and inclusive space where children can socialize in positive ways, learn skills for self-regulation and have a ton of fun while doing it.

We take a child-centered approach to yoga and celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of all participants. Everyone is welcome!
