Description
This program is for children with some or no tennis experience. Exercises and games are used to develop basic hand-eye coordination and racquet fundamentals (using decompressed "red balls") while adhering to Tennis Canada guidelines.
Our approach is geared towards having fun while learning, and growing the Childs engagement in sports and tennis. an adult must accompany the child during lessons, where they will help with running games and exercises.
Adults may bring a tennis racquet if they wish, but it is not required.
Students must bring their own tennis racket. Water and hat are recommended.

• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes
