Description

Art therapists, Jill Sones and Andrea Rodgers will be co-facilitating a 6-week, strength-based and person-centered art therapy group. Art therapy combines the creative arts with psychotherapy to enhance emotional, mental and physical well-being. The group is designed to connect people to their creativity and inner resources and raise self-awareness. Participants will have a chance to explore different materials and themes while guided and supported by the facilitators. No previous art experience is necessary. Basic art materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring additional materials. We welcome you to come and explore through creative expression!
