conscious dreaming practices to deepen our relationships with plants and with plant medicine as a practice. We'll discuss some of the benefits of
sleeptime teas and how to practice some healthy sleep time habits. We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your
garden, swap or donate seeds. Fee includes cost of all materials. Free for Seniors (50 and over; $5 material fee only).
