Deep breathing helps optimize how oxygen enters and is utilized by the body, replenishing all the cells and organs with improved function. Combined with controlling the breath, you will learn gentle, relaxing, chair-based upper body exercises to help improve blood circulation, manage stress and neck, upper shoulders and lower back pain. *Cantonese with English translation.
