Mindful Family Crafting Workshop: Book Nook

Calling all young Book Lovers!

Join Erin for a meaningful and fun workshop where you will create a beautiful, nurturing Spring scene in a cute Book Nook for your home. If your parent wants to come and do the class together, they are welcome to be on your creative team! (1 Book Nook per family).

Erin provides the pre-felted spring items (eggs, nests are already made). All wooden book nooks and decorative materials are supplied.

With her background in child and youth mental health, Erin will guide participants through personal expressions of wellness and resilience in their creation. We will take a Mindful Walk outside the community centre to forage for sticks and natural materials.

• NOTE: This class does not teach needle-felting skills. Hot glue guns will be used.

Bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack.
