This is a weekly restorative yoga series designed specifically for the gender diverse community instructed by Shahir Krishna (he/they). Shahir's yoga teaching style offers foundational practices derived from Hatha, Asthanga and Yin yoga methods, layering trauma-informed practice, art therapy, sound healing, grief circles, and meditation.

These sessions emphasize gentle poses, deep breathing, and relaxation, as we learn how to attend to our emotions and sensations wisely and with care. The discipline of yoga is fundamentally concerned with the integration of heart, mind, body and spirit: finding unity between the masculine and feminine, earth and sky, sun and moon, darkness and light.

No experience is necessary, and equipment is provided.
