Description
Postnatal / Baby & Me Yoga classes are perfect occasions for birthing parent and new baby to bond over mindful yoga postures & breathing exercises, while your baby is stimulated physically, emotionally and socially. Expect postures to enhance strength, flexibility & balance, which help restoration & healing after delivery. Previous yoga experience is not necessary. Drop-in $18, if space permits.
