Description

Mat Pilates is a full-body fitness system that targets large and smaller muscles to strengthen joints, core and limbs. The method is progressive and allows the student to work at the level they are comfortable with. Pilates sets your body with a foundation of strength and endurance that will support other physical activities and sports. No class Oct 12 & Nov 9.

Space Permitting - Drop-in fees: $12.

Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities)

Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT: If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.

Communicable Disease Health & Safety Practices:

• Participants should assess themselves daily for symptoms of common cold, influenza, COVID-19, or other infectious respiratory disease before attending the Facility.

• Participants who are ill, including participants of essential service providers, should not attend a program or access the Community Centre. If you are unsure, you should self-isolate and contact 8-1-1 or the local public health unit.

• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.


KILLARNEY COMMUNITY CENTRE SOCIETY REFUND POLICY

• Each Community Centre program refund notice (excluding rink and pool activities), is subject to an additional $5.00 administration fee.

• If your refund request is received 48 or more hours prior to the start of the program, a full refund will be issued.

• If your refund request is received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the program, your refund will be equal to the program fee minus the price of one class.

• If your refund request is received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the second session of the program, no refund will be issued.

• Fees for one or two day programs will only be refunded if 2 weeks or more notice before the program start date is given ($5 administrative fee will be waived if program fee is $10 or less). No refunds if less than 2 weeks notice is given.
