In this Village Vancouver Fairview - False Creek South Neighborhood Food Network workshop with Laura Cisneros, participants will create a plant-based mandala on which they will stamp their dreams. While maintaining balance to create the mandala, we will share some practices on how to live in harmony with all that exists. We will also share about the plants we are adding to our art, their habitats, their food, and their medicinal properties, and we will share some stories about these plants. Fee includes cost of all materials. (Seniors 50 and over pay $5 materials fee only). Registration only. No drop-ins.
