This style of Kung Fu is the most common style and is one of the most practiced in the world. It is a quick and effective self-defense system. Classes are designed to be fun, challenging and rewarding. Individuals will develop strength, flexibility, discipline and confidence.
If you would like to register for two days a week at a discounted rate, please register for both Monday and Saturday courses. No internet registration. Please call or register in person.
