Description

Experience the calming and restorative benefits of a Yin Yoga class, designed to improve flexibility, circulation, and inner peace. This gentle practice encourages you to relax as you hold poses for longer periods, allowing your body to stretch and release built-up tension. You will be guided through poses that focus on the deeper connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and fascia, offering a great balance to more active workouts. Take this time to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful setting. All levels are welcome. Visit yoga.drewclimie.com for more information. Drop-in $17.
