Mandala of Dreams and Nature

In this Village Vancouver Westside Neighbourhood Food Network workshop, Laura Cisneros, participants will create a plant-based mandala on which they will stamp their dreams. While maintaining balance to create the mandala, we will share some practices on how to live in harmony with all that exists. We will also share about the plants we are adding to our art, their habitats, their food, and their medicinal properties, and we will share some stories about these plants. We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds. Fee includes cost of all materials. Free for Seniors (50 and over; $5 materials fee only).
