The CALLANETICS exercise method is a total body conditioning
workout. One of the original “barre” workouts, CALLANETICS uses
a combination of mat work and ballet inspired leg work, precise
positioning and tiny movements. CALLANETCS is a gentle yet
challenging exercise class that strengthens and tones your muscles
fast. You will leave the class feeling like you’ve had a great workout!
