Description

Empower yourself to enjoy a long life with plenty of energy and a clear mind! This four-session program will help you understand how plant-based foods can decrease your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. You'll find out about the healthiest way to eat on a plant-based diet, learn about the most beneficial foods, and develop strategies to transition towards and sustain healthy eating habits (even if you are not a great cook or hate salads!). Each interactive and inclusive session includes cooking demonstrations, tastings, and ample time for your questions. Gain confidence in preparing nutritious meals at home and connect with others like you who are committed to brain health. Take this step towards a vibrant future!
