This program is designed for those who understand the basic fundamentals of watercolours and those who are much more experienced. You will receive individual support as you work on your own sources of inspiration. When you feel stuck with how to move forward, your instructor, Chloe, will share her opinion or guide you to the next best steps! Supplies for intermediates:
- Arches watercolour paper (140lb medium)
- Palette with wells (if needed)
- Water container/jar
- Support board 2" wider and 2" longer than paper
- Masking tape (or washi tape 1" width)
- H.B. pencil
- Easer
- Masking fluid
- Electric hair dryer
- Rags/paper towel
- Spray bottle (fill with water)
- Sketchbook
- Brushes - #6, 10 & 16 round and 1" flat
- Winsor Newton tube watercolours (lemon, yellow, new gamboge, cadmium red, alizarin crimson, burnt sienna, ultramarine blue, cerulean blue, payne's grey).
