Description

Continuum builds on intuitive, fully embodied movement that is novel and refreshing. Continuum practice creates an internal climate of cellular nurturing and renewed somatic vitality, by allowing a gentle dissolving of compression in the body's tissue and joints. Through the breath and sound vibration, it inspires a breaking through of physical and emotional "obstacles" that limit the flow of healing energy in the body. The focus of the series is on alleviating joint compression and overall body tension; while heightening your own sense of body awareness and somatic consciousness. These continuum movement sessions are open to all levels. Whether you've practiced continuum or you are seeking to learn about the work and its benefits for the first time. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Refund Policy
  • All refunds and transfers will be pro-rated with an administration fee of $5 applied to each person and program.
  • Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by the West Point Grey Community Centre.
  • Refunds and transfers for regular programs must be requested 48 hours prior to start of the scheduled second class. No refunds or transfers after the 2nd scheduled class of the program.
  • Refund requests for specialty programs (special events, private music lessons, day trips, personal training, and workshops) must be submitted 7 days prior to the 1st scheduled class.
  • Refunds for Birthday Parties must be requested two weeks prior to the scheduled date. There will be an administration fee of $10 applied to all birthday party cancellations.
  • Refunds for Day Camps must be requested 10 days prior to the 1st scheduled day. There will be an administration fee of $10 applied to each person and program.
  • WPG 10 visit cards expire two years after date of purchase.
  • Personal Training packages expire 6 months after date of purchase.
