The BeaYOUtiful Foundation is dedicated to building confidence and self-love amongst young girls and non-binary youth. Work with thoughtful, comforting and empowering female leaders and mentors as we cover various topics including positive body image, self-esteem, media literacy, leadership, diversity and inclusion through mental wellness and goal setting sessions include a hybrid of valuable dialogue and creative activities. Whether you come with a friend or leave making new ones, we promise this is a girls group you will want to be a part of. ** This program is FREE for female and non-binary identifying youth and presented by the BeaYOUtiful Foundation, a registered Canadian Charity**

NOTE: The nature of the activity is such that you may interact with other people who are considered to be in good health, continuous physical distance between other people cannot be guaranteed, and, by participating in the activity, you are at risk of being infected by a pathogen, including but not limited to SARS-COV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19.

Communicable Disease Health & Safety Practices:
• Participants are required to comply with the current Orders of the Provincial Health Officer. For more information, please cut and paste into your web browser: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/restrictions
• Participants should assess themselves daily for symptoms of common cold, influenza, COVID-19, or other infectious respiratory disease before attending the Facility.
• Participants who are ill, including participants of essential service providers, should not attend a program or access the Community Centre. If you are unsure, you should self-isolate and contact 8-1-1 or the local public health unit.
• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.

Refund & transfer policy
Programs
-Full refunds and transfers to another program will be issued for any program cancelled by the Association.
-Full refunds and transfers to another program, minus the $5.00 administration fee, will be issued to the purchaser with a full 48 hours’ notice of the first advertised class.
-For refund & transfer requests received up to 24 hours after the second advertised class, the purchaser will be charged the $5.00 administration fee and the cost of the first two classes. After this time there is no refund.
-Cancellation requests cannot be submitted by email or 3-1-1 calls.
-Registrations are non-transferable to another person.

Birthday parties
-Full refunds, minus an administration fee, will be issued to the purchaser with a full 30 days notice. Note that 30 days includes weekend days.

All camps, workshops and special events
-Camps run Monday to Friday
-Full refunds, minus the administration fee, will be issued to the purchaser with a full 7 days’ notice. Note that 7 days includes weekend days. For example, if a camp is planned for July 10th at 9:00 am a request for cancellation must be received by 9:00 am on July 3rd.
-Refund requests received after the 7 day period will be will not be issued any refund.
-Registrations are non-transferable to another person.
