Description

A very slow, gentle style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching to release layers of physical tension. The gentle playing of crystal bowls throughout the class helps to soothe and calm the mind and nervous system. Students leave feeling refreshed, with a greater sense of calm and relaxation in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels, from beginner to beyond and folks from all walks of life. Full session: $91/Adult, $77/Senior. Drop-in $15/Adult, $13/Senior. No class Feb 17.
