Description
Learn traditional forms of Kung Fu, weapons, non-contact sparring and self-defence. Gain physical and mental strength, self confidence and discipline. Class are taught in partnership with Marquis Lung Traditional Kung Fu Academy. A member fee for the Northern Shaolin Lung Chi Cheung Association is included in program course fee. This class meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
