Welcome to VanCougar Cabaret Dance Theatre - a 11 week dance and movement class for women 40+ that want to shake, shimmy, reconnect with their feminine energy and get some fun exercise! A blend of warm ups, barefoot ecstatic dance "freeform" and sexy cabaret heels dancing.

• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
Refund Policy: A $5 processing fee will be charged for all program refunds and transfers. 48 hours notice is required and there will be no refunds granted after the scheduled second class.
