Global Big Day Bird Walk

Whether you are a new or experienced birder, join the Everett Crowley Park Committee, Free the Fern and our experienced bird facilitators for a bird walk in Champlain Heights. Everett Crowley Park and the Champlain Heights Trails are a hotspot for birders in Metro Vancouver and are home to 120 species of bird including both migratory and resident species. This is a great opportunity to learn about birds and how they are connected to the wider ecosystem. This walk will also offer an opportunity to meet new people and become more familiar with Everett Crowley Park and the Champlain Heights Trail Network.

Please pre register for this event. This event is focused at participants 10+ years old. Meet at the Champlain Heights Community Centre at 3350 Maquinna Dr, Vancouver, BC V5S 4C6.
