Enahance bone and Joint health with our medically enforsed Buff Bones class. Combining Pilates, functional movement and strength training, it is perfect for those with low bone density of chronic pain. Led by a certified instructor, participants must be able to get up and down off the mat. Please arrive 10 minutes early the first day to fill out medical form (new clients only). No session Apr 18. Drop in $20
