The Pickleball Training Hall

Professional players move on the court with almost preternatural grace and power. The Training Hall represents a new approach to pickleball. We’ll begin upstairs (or outside) each week with detailed training exercises to isolate pickleball’s basic movements. On the court, we’ll put these movements into a more complex set of stroke mechanics in situational drills and games. Throughout the program, these carefully constructed movements will integrate power, balance, agility, flexibility, proprioception, recovery and mindset into a profound flow state. This program is for meticulous players keen to understand the small details that get overlooked in more conventional pickleball clinics. The Training Hall will leave you stronger, faster and balanced, equipped to play your best games on the court and train off-court. No class May 19.
