Celebrate Your Birthday at West End Community Centre!
Make your child’s birthday extra special with our fun-filled party package. Best suited for children ages 2 to 7, our birthday parties include time in the auditorium with a bouncy castle and Playtime toys, followed by celebrations in a Party Room with tables, chairs, and a fridge for food storage.
This Party Includes:
• 1 hour and 15 minutes in the Auditorium with a bouncy castle and Playtime toys
• Party Room for food, gifts, and socializing, with tables, chairs, and fridge access
• 2 party attendants to assist with set-up, clean-up, and equipment supervision
• 30 minutes for set-up before the party and 30 minutes for clean-up after
This Party Does Not Include:
• Staff do not lead games or structured activities
• Food, drinks, utensils, or decorations (families must bring their own)
• No glitter, piñatas, or ceiling decorations
Schedule:
• Set-up time: 11:30am-12:00pm
• Playtime in the Auditorium: 12:00pm-1:15pm
• Party Room: 1:15pm-2:00pm
• Clean-up time: 2:00pm-2:30pm
Important Details:
• Maximum 15 children and 40 total guests
• Food must be brought by families (no heating or cooking on-site)
• No food, drinks, shoes, or additional toys allowed in the bouncy castle
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 14 days’ notice and are subject to a $5 fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the party.
• Birthday party times cannot be adjusted or extended

Refund requests require a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice prior to the party date. $5 administration fee is applied for all refunds.

NOTE: The nature of the activity is such that you may interact with other people who are considered to be in good health, continuous physical distance between other people cannot be guaranteed, and, by participating in the activity, you are at risk of being infected by a pathogen, including but not limited to SARS-COV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19.
Communicable Disease Health & Safety Practices:

• Participants should assess themselves daily for symptoms of common cold, influenza, COVID-19, or other infectious respiratory disease before attending the Facility.
• Participants who are ill, including participants of essential service providers, should not attend a program or access the Community Centre. If you are unsure, you should self-isolate and contact 8-1-1 or the local public health unit.
• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
