Aikido Isshinkan

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art based in aiki jujitsu. Aikido is best known for its impressive throwing techniques and break-falls, but also involves considerable use of specialized control holds, wrist and elbow locks, plus sword and staff practise. It teaches physical coordination, body control, balance, power and flexibility in a non-competitive, safe and fun environment.
