Description

High intensity, full body strength and conditioning class which focuses training on speed, strength, power, agility and overall athletic development. Training combines use of barbells, kettlebells, weighted sled, TRX, battle ropes and more. Delivered in a focused, 8 person class environment where hard work and fun is guided in equal measure by a knowledgeable, certified Fitness Trainer. Open to all fitness levels - not recommended for beginners.
