Single Visit One Day Passes and 1 Year Memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Continuous Monthly Memberships will be charged automatically each month to your credit card, this membership will renew each month forever until the member decides to cancel.
Are you a Langford Resident? Sign up for your membership and our staff will add a resident discount to your membership within the first week. Confirmation of address will be required when you receive your membership card.
Cancellation Policy
Members can not cancel over the phone or in person. To cancel the member must use the online form a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the next membership payment to cancel their YMCA-YWCA membership.
If less than seven (7) days notice is provided the next scheduled monthly payment will be charged. The member will have access to YMCA-YWCA programs and services to the end of the next payment period with no refund.
One year memberships will receive a pro-rated refund for unused membership days.
Single Visit One day passes are non-refundable.
At this time, the YMCA-YWCA of Vancouver Island has no trial, short term or single month memberships.
